We are South Range Farms LLC! Located in Columbiana County Ohio.
Established in 2020. We are relatively new but are trying to make a strong start into the beekeeping world.
Our goals:
To eventually manage 60+ hives for honey, pollen, and wax production. We currently have 5 hives on property and look to double that number each year until we hit 60+.
To provide education and community outreach opportunities. Both on our own and alongside the Columbiana & Mahoning County Bee Keepers Association.
To branch out to additional small-farm revenue streams including a pumpkin patch and fruit production.
What makes our apiary special?
We are a small farm that focuses on the health and prosperity of our bees to aid and support the bee population. We do our best to over-winter our bees and one of the ways we do this is to use advanced Apimaye hives.
